Who we are
Sheldon Scarlett is a Registered Health and Exercise Professional (R.H.E.P.) and a graduate of Humber College, Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning (now Humber Polytechnic).
With many years of experience in the fitness industry, Sheldon’s approach is rooted in science-based training and enriched by his lifelong study of martial arts. He spent over a decade training in a Toronto dojo, where he both practiced and taught a variety of disciplines, including Karate, kobudo, Jodo and more. His passion for martial arts also took him abroad—twice to China—where he trained at the historic Shaolin Temple.
Sheldon has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, supporting a wide range of goals from building strength and mobility to improving overall health and confidence. He offers a variety of training options, including one-on-one sessions, group classes (private and public), cardio-kickboxing, minimal or no-equipment cardio, bodyweight training, stretching, mobility work, and more.
His mission is to make fitness accessible, effective, and deeply rewarding for every client he works with.
